EV Coaching was created in the Spring of 2018 from a desire to lead women to experiencing freedom from past negative exercise experiences. The result of six years of education in Physical Education and Health & Exercise Psychology, and working one-on-one with men and women of all backgrounds, I recognized that regardless of age, demographic, or socioeconomic status, most of the women I met had one thing in common, they all shared a common story. A story of a negative experience in an exercise setting, an experience that either intimidated them from returning to a fitness facility, or exercising all together.

EV Coaching and all contributing content is developed out of an intentional path to support women as they champion their own change. As a coach, I work with women in an one-on-one or group context to develop a plan that best supports that individual and her goals.

The importance of community came together as I was pursuing my graduate degree. Despite being on the other side of Canada from my closest friends & family, I felt a constant sense of support from my people. Knowing how much it impacted me and my ability to be resilient throughout the trials of school, I recognized that having a community of people that support you is integral to positive change and goal achievement.
